Mamalife is a protein shake brand tailored for moms. We specialize in creating nourishing protein-rich products which support the overall health needs of all moms. With Mamalife, embracing motherhood comes with the added benefit of delicious, easy-to-consume protein, ensuring moms can focus on what truly matters—their health and their baby.
Why Mamalife?
Starting Mamalife came from my own journey into motherhood. We gear up so much while we are carrying our baby, but what happens when our baby is out in the world? That part often feels like uncharted territory. Even with a great support system, I was overwhelmed after having both my kids. The exhaustion, both mental and physical, was tough.
I explored every tip and remedy out there, from Google searches to age-old traditions. Yet, it was the indulgent, culturally-rich foods—steeped in tradition and brimming with ghee, milk, and sugar—that left me even more drained. Despite these being traditional recommendations, they only added to my lethargy, weight gain, and overall slump in mood and productivity.
Things began to shift after my second child turned 1. I stumbled upon something life-changing—protein powder, thanks to a health coach. It was like flipping a switch. More energy, quicker weight loss, and just feeling more 'me.'
Digging deeper, I found out we're all falling short on the protein front, way below what bodies like the ICMR and FSSAI suggest for women in general, and new moms in particular. That's a big deal, affecting not just energy levels but our whole vibe.
That's the ‘why’ behind Mamalife. I'm here to bridge that protein gap for us mamas, to bring back that zest and well-being while we're settling down with a tiny human. And it's not just about the protein. I've set up a space on our Instagram where we can all learn from experts, share our stories, and lift each other up—no judgement, just support and good vibes.
Because at the end of the day, my dream is for every mama to find joy in motherhood, with all the energy and positivity we deserve.
